By accessing the 777sh2 website, mobile platform, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 777sh2, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 777sh2 or any affiliated gaming platform;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling or wagering on the 777sh2 platform.

777sh2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any winnings derived from such accounts may be voided.

To access the full features of 777sh2, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering for a 777sh2 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party;
• Notify 777sh2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

777sh2 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 777sh2 account. 777sh2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. 4.1 Deposits

777sh2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Instapay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

777sh2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed;
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the player;
• The account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 777sh2 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 777sh2 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

777sh2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• 777sh2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure;
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions but remain eligible to claim them through the promotions page.

All bets placed on the 777sh2 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event. These rules are accessible within each game interface and on the relevant sportsbook market pages.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 777sh2 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules;
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 777sh2 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts;
• 777sh2 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or player account at its sole discretion;
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the decision of 777sh2's adjudication team shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777sh2 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 777sh2 staff or other players.

All content on the 777sh2 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 777sh2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 777sh2 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 777sh2 platform without the prior written consent of 777sh2.

777sh2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 777sh2 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777sh2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

777sh2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, 777sh2's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In no event shall 777sh2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777sh2 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777sh2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or e-wallet provider;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations.

777sh2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 777sh2 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 777sh2's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected]. 777sh2 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
